• Get Valet App - Capstone Client Project

- Collaborated with a team of three to work directly with the client - redesign Valet app that facilitates and streamlines the valet process.

- Completing user research and competitive analysis, as well as integrating client needs - proposed solution included the addition of a tip function for users, as well as the ability to track dropped off cars and pick up requests at any time.

- Focusing on the experience ensures that the team considered the most important part of the design. Responsible for sketches, sitemap, wireframes and prototypes finalization to make sure the product will be tested toward the goal.

• Food Bank Community

- Collaborated with a team of three for Food Back Community Atlanta to address difficulties in user access to donation and volunteer sections of website. Created solution via mobile site to increase user access across different platforms, and streamlined process for both donations and volunteer registration - decreasing from 6 to 2 actions in order to complete process.

- Reponsible for extensive user research including questionnaires and user testing.

- Strengthen visual assets in applying for a moblie site’s interface through the process of sketching, user flows, sitemap and wireframes

• Taskly (Task Management App) - Capstone Project

- I built a task management project from scratch, using Sketch, Axure Invision, UXPin, and best practices of lean UX design.

- Started by breaking down each competitor’s competitor profile, marketing profile, core business, SWOT profile, UI/UX, content, design, and performance quality as well as tweak the product to fill in any gaps in the playing field, making it is better and faster.

- Applied UX strategy techniques to the projects including user surveys, user personas, content inventory, user flows, wireframs, prototypes and A/B testing

• ShoppiPass

- Pitched the idea, applied with the UX design skills & content strategies skills and present the project with UX professionals.

- Designed mobile e-commerce application concept that provides a list of products collecting from local e-commerce websites. With less effort, Users are able to view a variety of products listing around the world in one place - able to filter, buy and deliver to a private connection - friends or family who lives in the same area or nearby where the product is selling. • Redesigned intranet web applications to match new layouts and themes using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, and Eclipse. Converted classic ASP pages to HTML and JSP code. Worked with QA team to validate user experiences and ensure requirements were met.
