First Choice Power is the third-largest electric utility in the United States. The Main Goal of this project was to build a system for the customer Experience regarding the Containment and Non-Containment calls Data.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered requirements from Business Analyst and documented them based on functional specifications.

• Involved in reviewing business requirements(BRD) and analyzing data sources form Excel, Server for design, development, testing, and production rollover of reporting and analysis projects within Aceyus reporting tool.

• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience including Planning, Building, Design, Development, Testing using Agile software development methodology.

• Created Keyboard to track the daily task and Activities of all the Team Members in the Customer Experience Project.

• Attended a meeting with the Business Analyst to understand all the Data Mapping Fields and Data connections for the initial phase of the dashboard.

• Performed Extraction, transformation and Load on the Lab Server.

Description:

Cigna is an American worldwide health services organization. Its insurance subsidiaries are major providers of medical, dental, disability, life and accident insurance and related products and services. The main goal of the project was to combine all the reports in the FDS(Financial Datastore) and store them into the FIRM.

Responsibilities:

• Extracted and collected data to create needed reports.

• Optimized the performance of queries with modifications in SQL queries, removed unnecessary columns, and eliminated redundant and inconsistent data.

• Created SSIS packages to pull data from SQL Server and exported to Excel Spreadsheets.

• Met with clients to determine and articulate project scope and expectations.

• Worked with SQL queries for validating the data against different kinds of reports.

• Created SQL objects like Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, Triggers, Functions, User Defined Data-Types.

The objective of the ICG (Institutional Clients Group) Analytics was to create a set of highly analytical reports using OBIEE. The effort also entailed creating a custom Data warehouse to be populated from a variety of Data sources including Siebel CRM, PeopleSoft and some flat files.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed Business Requirement Document, Software Design Document, Software Requirement Specification and Functional Requirement Document.

• Validated data from front end systems to the backend databases.

• Tested the functionality of the reports and Data contained in the report.
