Depending on production needs, supervised and operated 1 of the 3 production lines. Lean Manufacturing & 6S Leader

Jan. 2017 Korona initiated the 6S & Lean Manufacturing program of which I was asked to spearhead. Followed ET instructions to assist with special test requirements. Set gain and determined resolution of intensifiers. Trained coworkers, and responsible for disposition and quality control of coworkers. Worked in a dark room using a microscope.
