Managed a group of 10 researchers from 2004 to 2007 under the operations manager role of the NJ research center. Also worked with other research centers providing documentation, training and support to on shore and off shore teams. From 2007 to 2008 I transitioned into a technical/data analyst role working on audit/remediation projects to clean databases and ensure the data complies with company standards.

Key accomplishments are:

Proposed switching the process of handling and working Exception Reports from paper print outs to an Electronic Data file. This proposal was implemented and the exception reports were eventually brought into an Access database environment where on shore and off shore teams managed the reports in much more efficient manner which resulted in big time and money savings for the company.

Changed/adjusted the process in 2 NJ counties by introducing the concept of keying temporary data to ensure our databases in these 2 counties remained close to the actual County Clerk database. Also provided the instructions on the how the new process works and established a necessary data matrix structure for the process.

Helped in the creation of a new quality assurance research center to handle the NJ title plants.

Managed the monthly data updates of the Recognizance Bond database.

Oversaw the on-going development and distribution of the NJ map browser, a research tool used in the built of NJ title plants.
