OBJECTIVE: Quality Control/Quality Assurance Job Opportunity or Pharmaceutical Packaging HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATION:

Completed University degree in Biology and diploma in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

Familiar with Analytical instruments such as :

HPLC (Waters) and Empower software

UV/ VIS (Beckman, Ultra spec 2000 and Ultra spec 3000)

Dissolution USP 1 and USP 2 Apparatus

Perform practical audit in laboratory and plant including the audit reports

Hands-on experience for Method validation and Method development process

Experience with generating statistical analysis such as ANOVA, Design of Experiment, Chi- square and t-test and conclude the results

Experience in practice Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access and power point)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and project management skill and meet the deadline

Familiar with GMP and GLP regulations for pharmaceuticals industries PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERTISE:

Quality Control:

Interpreting the requirements in accordance with pharmacopoeia compendia standard for in-process, raw materials and finished products

Ability to perform a variety of Quality Control activities including developing of Quality Control policies and Standard Operation Procedures, analyzing and archiving data, and interpreting results

Ability to operate, validate and calibrate a variety of laboratory equipment used in the pharmaceutical industrial labs such as Vankel dissolution, Waters HPLC, Beckman UV/ VIS instrument.

Able to assist instruments malfunction and troubleshoot analytical equipment failure in compliance with regulatory requirements

Experience in Identifying and analyzing unexpected results during routine analyses Quality Assurance:

Ability to understand the concept of quality systems and compliance in the regulated industry and the role of quality assurance

Understanding the use of controlled documentation.

Hand - on training for conduction internal and external audits and helped prepare for a regulatory inspection

Ability to perform Validation and method development process

Having Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws

Experience in drug stability concept and hands on training on stability project
