Provide project support to Project Managers and Directors. Managerial coordination between the Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Preparation of MIS, Monthly Reports, Project Estimation, Operating Budgets, Project, Tendering, Cash Flow, Exemption Master List, Store Supply Status Reports i.e. Quantity Chart, Reconciliation reports etc. Active participation in bi-weekly meetings with the client. Comparison of material quotes from suppliers and finalization. Communication with the project manager to report on project status. Responsible for resource allocation for the project. Conducting pre-tender site survey, prepare the report and prepare the project cost estimation. Planning and Procurement of materials

Developing baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over- runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects Organizing / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking Creating layouts, designs & drawings & conducting analysis to identify any weaknesses & make relevant modifications in the same
