Leads complex project deployments across all of Logicalis’ areas of expertise focusing on Data Center Infrastructure and Migration Solutions. He ensures successful data/environment migrations by focusing on detailed inventory, risk mitigation, application delivery optimization, and post-migration testing. The project reduced processing time by 99.5% and added new revenues of $250,000+ annually; maximizing customer service by finalizing contract while on the phone.

• Lead large-scale IT initiative that empowered our business customer segment to manage their telecom lifecycle. The monthly automated data feed enabled end-users to manage their voice, data, and wireless needs – thus having greater visibility and control over their telecom spend. Managed the implementation of CBT’s new Cloud suite of products and technology space. • Dramatically increased corporate market share and customer satisfaction by designing, developing, and implementing the Free Calling Project – a process that provided free calling between CBT wireless and business / residential land lines that reduced CHURN by 35% and remains in use today.

Architect / Project Manager 2000 - 2003

Teamed with two architects and three developers to design, plan and implement operational data store and corporate data warehouse for business and residential customer base. The project implementation now provides real time data for management decision making in a highly competitive industry.

Lead Developer / Data Mart Designer

Modeled, designed, implemented and administered a subject-oriented, time-variant, and nonvolatile Data Warehouse/Data Mart and two OLTP order-entry (24x7) databases. Utilized Oracle 8.0.5, Partitioning, Parallel DML, Sagent Design Studio/Data Collection, and Cognos Transformer/Impromptu 6.0 (cube builder).

Re-engineered the architecture of the AutoCite “Gateway” from remote server to a distributed database. Implemented Oracle’s Snapshot feature that while powerful, was not widely used. Developed and performed both constructive and destructive test sce3narious along with detailed full and partial recovery options. Performed extensive refresh cycle capacity and tuning testing. Utilized Oracle 7.3 and 7.2.2 along with SQL*NET 2.1.3 using TCP/IP drivers.
