PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Evergeen Enhancement, Canton, MA 2002-Present
Founder and day-to-day manager of an engineering firm
In 2002, founded an LLC to help manufacturers sustain and enhance legacy equipment. On various projects, managed 7-10 consultants to address mechanical, electronic, and software design issues. Our projects have ranged from supporting the production lines of major semiconductor manufacturers nationally and internationally to designing and delivering complicated measurement systems for biomedical and robotics manufacturers.
Here are two examples of our problem solving acumen:
Problem 1: How to measure semiconductor bonding errors calculated in microns
Solution: Created a concept, developed the idea, and ultimately applied the technology as a reference measurement. Helped formalize the industry standard that is now recommended by SEMI.
Problem 2: How to help a semiconductor manufacturer support a metrology system that was not supported by the manufacturer.
Solution: Managed a group of vendors to refurbish the equipment and installed the systems around the world. Trained customers on how to use the refurbished equipment. Traveled to China and Europe to install the equipment and train users.
