Carryout Inspection of casting on daily basis.

Carryout MPI of casting with necessary tools and machine.

Carryout Dye penetrate test by Wet, Dry & Fluorescent base method as per customer requirement.

Monitoring radiography of casting, film inspection and take necessary action in consult with related department. .

RT carried out with different sources like Cobalt-60,

Irudium-192, Delta-880,

Good knowledge of Welding WPS/PQR and implementation in the process.

Knowledge of various standards like AWS D1.1, D1.1M, APICODE 1104, NACE, ASTM, ASME All Sections, WPS, PQR.

Coordinate between different departments like quality, production, fettling, heat treatment, design, etc for the smooth flow of assigned work.

Based upon stages of production arranging the inspection and taking care of the Inspectors, Clients Follow up for the preparation of documents related to dispatch and forward the complete document to marketing for payment follow up.

Maintenance of all records for quality compliance

Handling customer complaints in coordination with the concerned departments.

Having knowledge of Industrial process like production,, moulding,, fettling, welding, Heat Treatment, upto despatch the product.

Well Communication Skill and good command over English, Hindi and Marathi Language
