E. Scope of Workand Responsibilities

Attend and deliver Tool Box Talk on a daily basis and participates in Hazard Analyses Study the locations before lifting.

Selection of crane for each lift with proper safety factor and preparing lifting plan. Carry out inspection of all lifting gears, check condition / fitness for purpose, SWL. and WLL, Serial No. Identification Number, Valid certificate, Color code if applicable Lifting hazard identification and control.

Ensure competent persons for lifting & slinging activities. Provide safety advice, guidance and report any issue to construction work leader and maintain regular and efficient information to him.

Ensures that activities performed on site in the project perimeter fulfill project HSE requirements. Ensures that the level of supervision on site is sufficient and lead a team of rigger. 4
