Software & hardware troubleshooting on multi sites.
SAP w/BEX and supporting 400 users profiles across 12 servers on a Sunray/Oracle client ’s DTU’s, DameWare and SCCM for remote access.
Deployment of PC’s & laptops installed new hardware, ensure the user has the correct software, user’s data is transferred across for user to be able to log in and work.
Build PC’s & laptops with automatic services such as SCCM 2007 & 2012, Collection Injection to install software.
Moves – disconnect all hardware attached to PC’s and network printers, small moves by self, large moves as a team.
Disposals – wipe of PC’s & laptops hard drives, using a Blannco 5 pass hard drive clean, with the removal of non-working printers and monitors.
Dispatcher – assessed tickets as they arrive, assign as needed or transfer to other teams.
Update Remedy 7 & Technology Service Request tickets, contact user as per ticket work, do rescheduling of work, problem solving solutions remotely or on site, as needed, escalate tickets and problems as required.

Small/large moves by myself or with a team disconnected all hardware attached to PCs and network printers.
Disposals wipe of PC’s & laptops hard drives, using a 7 pass hard drive clean, once a week scans all outgoing hardware either for sale or recycling.
Site support lead after department deployments and moves confirming all users are working correctly.
