Create a list of check points based on the electrical schematics.

Update the electrical schematics.

Test one by one all components and instruments in the unit.

Test the analog and digital electrical circuits.

Verify all the input and output of the PLC.

Verify all indications in the HMI screen.

Verify all electrical wiring (connections) according to electrical schematics.

Phasing the three phase rectifier using the scope.

Test and trouble-shoot transformers, rectifiers, power supplies, circuits, and equipment using meters, scopes, temperature probes, chart recorders, watt meters, clampons, Dranetz, and other related equipment.
