As Project Manager, directed 18 I/T professionals across multiple locations that delivered 8 major development releases to implement IBM’s first automated purchase order requisition / catalogue processing system. Performed cost estimating, planning, change / quality control management, system test planning, customer relationship management while overseeing 1st level user help desk support.
