Working with MITTAL CORP LIMITED WIRE & BAR ROD MILL PITHAMPUR INDORE March 2013 to till date as an Assistant Engineer in Roll Shop, on 15 Stands Continuous WIRE ROD MILL (W.R.M.) 12mm to 70mm & 10 Stands Wire Rod Block (W.R.B.)5.5mm to 12mm.

Responsibility

Setting the parameters of Stand Assembly for different section according 12mm to 70mm.

Setting the parameters of Guide Roller Box for different section according 12mmto 70mm.

Operation and maintenance of Stands and Guide Roller Box.

Responsible to smoothly running of shift without any production delay so that production will maximum.

Documentation (Daily Production report, Monthly Roll consumption record, Roll status report, Cassette card, Dressing card, Pass life, Roll life, Roll history cards, etc.) of WRM Division.

Proficient in managing production operations of section (12mm to 70mm) wire rod with efficient utilization of man, machine and material.

Setting the parameters of 3 HI MILL for different material according to thickness & grade of materials keeping in mind the requirement of properties in the material as demanded by party.

Preparation of CNC program with CNC (Database) According to roll condition.

Setting for various types of rolls for grinding.

Non destructive testing of roll for perfect operation.

To give continuous supply of rolls to mill when it needs.

Having good knowledge of Drawing.

Passed 10th from Global Heights School with 70.40% M.P. Board.
