QUALIFICATION / SUMMARY

Provide Operations and Technical Resource Project leadership within Oil & Gas upstream/midstream Technical Assurance Business Segment for capital projects. Responsibilities to build and develop Project Resources through Recruitment, Vendor Contracting, RFP Development, Functional Development of Database to Project Resources. Provides Resource Readiness program and Competency Management for Quality Assurance Inspections. Responsible for improvement initiatives and strategic alignment with Business Development teams: group workflow and auditing. Leads communications meetings internally with Project teams and positioning of resources and supplier relationship, adheres to Global Operation Model that defines standard operating procedures for the business, develop and implement internal process improvement procedures…ensures the follow up and execution of the plan.

Strong working knowledge of technical industry standards affiliated with Quality shop inspection, vendor surveillance, and internal auditing operations. Maintains a unique blend of experience and accomplishments in people and projects, driving the business bottom line; leveraging experience with execution success; Projects: BP- North Slope & Anchorage Operations, Chevron Wheatstone, Conoco, Exxon, Brass LNG, Petronas, Shell. Early field mechanic experience with Cooper Energy Services on large gas reciprocating compressors, pumps and skid unit assemblies.
