Customer Online Billing System (COBS) is a Web based application running on oracle database. It’s used to generate the Customer bills based on their billing Cycle date, retrieve billing history, View transactions of Customer etc., which will be published on internet for on line viewing, by the customers. The system also generates the comprehensive reports of revenue generation for each region, market and for each product like Long distance, DIA/DSL etc., for internal sales planning.
