2015 to Present - Clinic and Project Manager, Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants

• Team Lead in the creation, implementation, corporate wide training and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding security of patient protected health information and corporate assets.

2005 to November, 2010 - Hospital Physician Extender, Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants

• Inpatient care coordination for a large hospitalist service including Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care services, which encompassed creating daily physician assignments for 5-7 physicians and 60-80 inpatients.

• Ran an outpatient pre operative clinic and helped to coordinate peri operative throughput.

• Pre rounded to assist the hospitalists and pulmonary critical care physicians, including patient interviews for history of present illnesses and past medical/surgical history for new consults on the floors as well as in the ED.

• Completed a 24 hour chart review to gather new information, orders and test results which required constant communication with physicians, nurses and other members of the treatment team. I began the daily progress notes for my assigned critical care physician or hospitalist.

• Helped to coordinate discharge plans with all members of the treatment team.
