• Numerically modeled straight (1D), sinusoidal (2D) and helical (3D) Carbon nanotubes in ABAQUS using Python scripting.
• Investigated the effect of waviness in the natural frequency and elastic moduli of carbon nanotube for sinusoidal and helical morphology using FEA in ABAQUS software.
• Developed an iterative numerical method to extract elastic moduli of wavy carbon nanotubes based on given natural frequency using reverse engineering principles.
Mechanical Design Engineer (Consultant) – 1.2 years Nirvana Tech Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal Feb 2014 – May 2015
• Led the design team for hydro mechanical designing of the hydraulic gates, stoplogs and trash-racks; Conducted design reviews of Hydro-Mechanical (HM) works and acquaintance with Electro-Mechanical (EM) works.
