●Designed a LEAN grinding machine and grinding process utilizing large CBN wheel technology; submitted the design to multiple vendors to build and manufacture the machine using this new technology

●Advised other process engineers on Investment Cast technology.

●Authored and received 13 US patents on part clamping holding techniques.

●Design Engineer for the GE90 Engine Turbine Center Frame assembly including oil pressure and scavenge systems lubricating the center frame bearing and shaft assembly
