Selected Accomplishments

Writer and Development Producer, Ghost written two books one faith based and one novel, multiple sales pitches, advertising promotions, and two feature film screenplays. Edited multiple screenplays as they related to cost and creative story issues, all the while staying true to each project’s unique vision, authored production pitch packets for multiple motion picture projects and touring events for financing purposes.

Resolved worldwide sale dilemma of completed project. I was contracted by another production company that had very little assets and multiple unsuccessful attempts of obtaining a sale for their film. Within weeks I provided company with multiple outlets and secured both a worldwide foreign and US domestic sales deal. I successfully formulated and negotiated three contracts and am currently overseeing the deliverable process for the project. The expected release date is October 2017.

Solved major production challenge. Unbeknownst to company, the California Film Office issued a permit approval for a shoot on a street that was scheduled for repaving on the same day. Learned of the issue day of the shoot. Solved problem, incorporating repaving equipment into the scene. Saved $275K in potential added expense. Oversaw final edit and made changes to the final cut of the project that enabled company to obtain a sales deal with a subsidiary of Sony Pictures.

Provided excellent consultation services. I was hired as a consultant by an indivuail who recently acquired a struggling business that sold custom Trumpets, Music, Instructional Materials, and Accessories. Re-designed the business strategy, negotiated new contracts with the manufactures and publisher. I effectively implemented positive returns of over 100% in the first six months.

Turned around project to achieve significant profit. A company was floundering and film was about to fail. Hired by Raw Films to correct situation. Re-negotiated all contracts to eliminate unneeded travel, housing and per diem costs. Reconstructed production and post-production workflow.

Grew operations, increasing revenue. Promoted by startup Imperia to VP, Head of Production. Imperia owned just two projects and had poor investor relations. Redesigned long-range business plan to sooth investors and acquired additional films. Hired new team to run company and improved top and bottom lines.

Completed hundreds of projects safely, on time and within budget. Regardless of the project, frequently encountered critical creative and logistical issues that had to be solved quickly. Over the years, contracted to successfully oversee all operational aspects of projects from development to delivery. Kept many projects afloat, turning failures into profit makers.

Producer, Dragon Child LLC. December 2012 to May 2013, Planned the critical phases for preproduction and Production for the motion picture Wizard Dream. Prepared a detailed Budget and shooting schedule. Successfully hired both independent contractors and salaried employees to provide the company with the best on and off screen talent available enabling the project to have a successful production process.

Business Consultant, Claude Gordon Enterprises, 2012 - 2103, Worked with owner to enable company to grow bottom line profits and was successful in renegotiating all existing contracts with manufactures and publisher to ensure successful future sales. Provided excellent customer service to buyers of company products.

Producer, Raw Films, LLC, March 2010 to Present. Manage and budget production, and direct hiring for 125-person team for $1M project. Develop contracts and oversee vendor management, from RFP to negotiations, selection and quality assurance. Create investor cost reports. Oversee safety and compliance.

Producer, Operations Mgr., Sunlight Pictures, 2010 to 2011. Developed comprehensive budget and schedule and secured vendors, cast, crew and locations. Managed cash flow and union requirements. Re-designed production workflow to meet logistical and budgetary constraints. Managed team of 49 and $600K budget.

VP Operations, Head of Production, Imperia Entertainment, 2006 to 2009. Led day-to-day operations. Supervised hiring of all staff and cast members. Acquired rights and trademark releases, oversaw red carpet nationwide release of motion picture. Supervised acquisition and sales of company's products. Managed safety program, 100 team members.
