Responsible enforcing Army Regulations, National Guard Regulations, policies and guidelines for military soldier’s files for Initial Basic Training. Oversees proper documents are prepared such as life insurance policies, family care plans, proper emergency contact information is in file, pay documents are correct and process, accountability of soldiers Leave and Earning Statements and maintain proper guidelines on physical fitness documents. All supporting documents are process into military data warehouse systems that help communicate to other military installations.

01/2011 to12/2014: Automation NCO- Recruiting and Retention Battalion Kansas Active Duty Responsible enforcing Army Regulations, National Guard Regulations, policies and guidelines prepared on Army Recruiter System Station Laptops provided for each recruiter assigned to the Recruiting Battalion. Oversee 30 to 60 Laptops by properly installing systems guidelines, preparing and loading software onto the recruiter laptops, monitor and enforce monthly systems checks and provide status reports to chain of command.

01/2006 to 01/2011: Recruiter – Recruiting and Retention Battalion Kansas Active Duty

Responsible for ensuring individuals enlisting into the military met Army Regulations, National Guard Regulations by process new soldiers at the Military Entrance Processing Station. Prepared and ensured all supporting core documents such as Service Group Life Insurance Policy forms, Direct Deposit forms, Enlistment Application, DD4 Enlistment Contract, Birth Certificates for individual and family members provided, driver license, social security card and security application completed for enlistment.

01/2004 to 01/2006: Paralegal NCO HHB 130th Field Artillery Brigade Kansas Active Duty

Responsible enforcing Army Regulation, National Guard Regulations, policies, guidelines accordance with UCMJ (United Code Military Justice). Assisted and provided legal information, proper discipline guidelines, and prepared proper forms for Battalion Commanders, Company Commanders and senior leadership. Process and submitted all core evidence documents through proper legal military Chain of Command.

Ensuring all sensitive items such as gas mask and weapons maintain lock up in accordance with regulations standards.
