South Kingstown School Department - Wakefield, RI - February 2001 to June 2017 Assisted personnel with various issues, i.e. Software, Hardware. Net work set up and repair of copper and fiber lines in the buildings. Setup various systems for VPN connections in to the network for administrators. Setup computers for remote connections to other systems in the Wide Area Networks. Connected laptops to wireless networks in each building. Troubleshooting issues in various connection points. Worked closely with teachers and students using technology.
