Programmer, Valor Credit Union

July 2015 – April 2017

●Created and managed all programs for the Credit Union as a sole programmer.

●Managed multiple projects at once successfully while also taking care of any issues that would arise from existing programs.

●Automated wire transfers – worked with employees to figure out steps for creating wire transfers and created a program to automate steps including the creation of a form with member and bank information.

●Created my own questionnaire system to verify members bringing us to code with NCUA.

●Looked for ways I can automate the system using programming by speaking with employees and asking for their opinion.

●Worked directly with Pentagon Federal Credit Union during the merge process to help move members and numbers from our system to theirs.

February 2015 – December 2016

●Contacted alumni and people who worked in our field to get them to give a talk at my university.

●Worked with a small budget of $1,000 per semester to create events and buy food for members attending events.

●Coordinated with ACM Web Developer to make website friendlier.

●Invited as guest speaker to West Scranton High School (alma mater) to speak with a handful of technology club students and give them advice and insight on the future of computing.
