I graduated School on the Dean’s list, and plan on pursing my degree further some- time in the near future. School was a great challenge but helped prepare me for the working world. My biggest belief is on the job experience is the most valuable. Learn- ing to look at any situation creatively and learning to adapt is how a person not only grows but gives them a better overview that if there is hope and hard work people can find a way. Not every situation is uniform especially in mental health field. Flexibility, compassion, and more then anything empathy is most important. Being nonjudge- mental and the willingness to work as a team member is key to success. Skills
