PROJECT:-

- “Operation and Management Support of Customs EDI Data for ICMS System at New Integrated Cargo Terminal, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata”.

1.Managing the WINDOWS base Custom EDI Server along with SFTP scrip running in EDI server. Managing of Customs EDI Data fetching from Customs server located at Delhi and updated to Kolkata ICMS Database Server. If automatic data interfacing stops for a certain periods, the same data is to be fetched manually. Modification /alteration in SFTP script for better performance may be done as per requirement.

2.Monitoring/managing the Internet Lease line Circuit (both BSNL and Airtel link) for interfacing the Customs Data. Failure of any Internet lease circuit, the complaint to be lodged to the concern agency.

3. Monitoring the Network status of Outside Kolkata AAI LAN by checking the connectivity of Amritsar Coimbatore, Trichy & Mangalore link as well as Kolkata AAI LAN. Monitoring of ICMS LAN.

4. Problem investigation, analysis and then informed to the concern department.

5. Responding to system/ network /Lease circuit /data interfacing failures to maximize database availability.
