As Funeral Home Manager, developed a program in conjunction with Salt Lake County which benefited the indigent population while increasing Funeral Home profits.

Made aesthetic, as well as functional and organizational changes at Funeral Home branch. Net profits increased by over $100,000.00 over the next year.

Proficient in the use of office programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRMIS applications including PeopleSoft, Workforce Management, and BrassRing.
