Project Overview:

Goal of this project was to combine previously existing suite of manual processes and applications into a single continuous workflow. I was involved into a POC to demonstrate override capability from Pega and help BRMS to decide placing the impediment into the loan in context. The project also deals in effort to include automation of manual intake process, execution of different waterfall rules to place impediments, generate summary of reports, processing of questionnaires. The purpose of the Compliance, Issue, Risk, APAR Tracking System (CIRATS) database is to track to closure those issues where services do not meet corporate instructions, guidelines or policies. P11D database holds UK employee’s tax documents, including current year and up to seven years history.P11Ds can be viewed, updated, created or deleted. If a P11D is changed, or a new one is created, it can be printed or resent to the employee individually. International Assignee P11Ds are emailed automatically to the International Assignments Tax Team when they are revised. Role and Responsibilities:
