DUTIES
Research necessary building permit and timely submit applications, follow up review process with Engineer and Dubai Municipality/ Trakhees to certain and receive approval.
Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, owners, and necessary personnel to schedule required construction/ progress meeting.
Daily report of manpower and equipment at the site, ensure that resources are maintained as required for planning.
Quality control on the materials, installation, post installation, preparing necessary IR's, and follow up to receive engineers approval. Review all tender/ shop drawings to ensure that no discrepancy, submit an RFI for any unclear or ambiguous instructions.
Provide all necessary inputs to the planner and QS, Identify of variations to the original contract and quotation for the same.
