Responsibilities and Accomplishments includes:

Building Clarus communication gateway unit, the Satcom Application Platform (SAP-212): Wrote detailed step by step for procedures for the assembly of the SAP-212, the “Product Assembly & Production Guide” for the production facility. Built, completed assemblies of multiple SAP-212 units comprising of multiple electronic circuit boards, Wi-Fi modules, Iridium Satcom transceivers and internal and external cable assemblies.

Hardware testing: Verified that all the hardware components comprising the SAP-212 units were 100% functional; before and after the assembly.

Systems Integration Testing: Executed software uploads and system configurations; and completed end-to-end, air to ground operational & functional testing of the SAP-212 system, over Wi-Fi LAN and Iridium Satellite network. Generated system test reports.

Generated SAP-212 product documentation: Wrote the Software Upload Procedure, Product Assembly and Production Guide, System Functional Test Procedures, Product Acceptance Test Procedures, System Functional Test Report, Product Validation Test Procedures, and Product Validation Test Reports, Product User’s Guide and the Product Trouble Shooting Guide.

Provided remote and on-site technical support to both hardware and software development teams, and end customers.
