- Engineered a cell line to express GFP and Cas9 proteins using lentiviral transfection and aseptic cell culture.
-Western blot and other protein assays were utilized extensively to confirm protein expression in cell line.
- Developed a specific stable liposome formulation capable of encapsulating and delivering CRISPR sgRNA.
