Job Description:

Before starting the operation, make sure that the selector switch of the machine is “Off” position.

Make sure oil pump switch is at “Off” position.

Check oil level. Should be visible (top of the sight glass).

Check the emergency stop. should be released.

Switch on the 440V. then switch on the oil pump switch.

Switch the selector “AOM” to A (automatic)

Press “auto up” to set the desired temperature of 2000 kpa.

Press “stop” at desired pressure of 2000 kpa.

Turn on heaters by switching on heater 1 & heater 2.

Set desired temperature of 220 degrees C, make sure that the dies are in contact.

Pre heat press machine to 1hour & 30minutes.

While pre heating press machine, prepare the materials for 3 way moulding.

If the die reaches the temperature & the machines reaches 1hour & 30minutes. Pre heating time press “auto down”

Set up the hose to be molded.

Put the hose to the mold.

Rep step no 7&8 to set decided pressure of 2000 kpa curing time is set for 25minutes.

As it reaches the curing time, press “auto down” so that the lower portion of the press machine will move down.

Wait until pressure gauge reads to “0” for safety consideration.

Remove molded hose.

Turnover finished molded hose to technical department for lear testing.
