SCOPE: The scope of the project included developing an enhancement to a Mortgage Processing web based system. The application facilitates in consolidating all aspects of borrower’s personal credit history through credit reports, thus evaluating risks which helped in improving the ability to measure risks specifically related to mortgage collateral management. The system helps in calculating and evaluating the eligibility of the mortgage with the intention of closing more mortgage application in less time.
