Roles and Responsibility:

•Monitoring gravity die casting machine operation.

•Monitoring unloading the mold to the machine by a mould maintenance team.

•Seperate upper & lower mold dismandling by using align keys.

•Shot blasting process completed by using cranes.

•Heating the mold approxmately temp 230c.

• Coating mixing ratio dycote 140ess (70gm),dycote39 (30gm) &water(400gm).

• Coatings are applied a mold by using spray gun (W-101).

• Mold runner coating microns are 200 to 230.

• Mold cavity coating microns are 70 to 100.

• Assembled the mold ejection plates & pins &bar plates.

• Installed the mold in the machine by using crane.

• Burner setting are provided into the machine.

• Mold temp reach 360c then pouring the metal into the mold.
