-Prepared Project specifications, Mechanical datasheets and Material requisitions for Compressor packages based on client requirements.

-During front end design (FEED), participated in compressor and pump selection based on process and hydraulic requirement. Prepared equipment material take off (MTO) for shipped loose piping, instruments, grouting to support project cost estimate.

-Reviewed vendor design calculations and fabrication drawings for compliance with purchase order requirement in respect to engineering principles, applicable standards, customer requirements, and related specifications.

-Witnessed FAT testing, identified the design & process deviations, resolved issue with vendor, client and internal discipline as required before shipment.

-Participated in development of maintenance procedures and plan for the major repairs of vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps,

Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, plus other rotating equipment in plant.

-Part of team for automation to generate equipment datasheet templates that conform to ISO 15926 using SPF (Smartplant foundation software) for Industrial automation and integration purpose and Developed forms for vendor data tables.
