Major project: Wheatstone LNG Project, Australia, GLNG plant project, Australia and Australia pacific LNG (APLNG), Australia

-Prepared Project specifications, Mechanical datasheets and Material requisitions for Compressor packages based on client requirements.

-During front end design (FEED), participated in compressor and pump selection based on process and hydraulic requirement. Prepared equipment material take off (MTO) for shipped loose piping, instruments, grouting to support project cost estimate.

-Reviewed project generated P&IDs, PFDs and LDTs.

-Reviewed pressure and flow rate calculations, hydraulics, to ensure consistency with process condition.

-Conducted Kick-off-meetings with suppliers, contractors, and clients to determine project scope and requirements for the assigned rotating equipment package.

-Interfaced with vendors, clients, interdisciplines and management to resolve any technical / fabrication issues faced during equipment fabrication stage and update the package progress.

-Participated in 3D model reviews, HAZOP study, SIL review and implemented action impacted equipment during detail design.

-Reviewed vendor design calculations and fabrication drawings for compliance with purchase order requirement in respect to engineering principles, applicable standards, customer requirements, and related specifications.

-Witnessed FAT testing, identified the design & process deviations, resolved issue with vendor, client and internal discipline as required before shipment.

-Participated in development of maintenance procedures and plan for the major repairs of vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps,

Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, plus other rotating equipment in plant.

-Part of team for automation to generate equipment datasheet templates that conform to ISO 15926 using SPF (Smartplant foundation software) for Industrial automation and integration purpose and Developed forms for vendor data tables.

-Developed Nanothin films using CNTs (Carbon Nanotubes)-polymeric composites and Analyzed by AFM (Atomic force microscope), TGA (Thermogravimetric analysis), DSC (Differential scanning calorimetry), and Instron test machine.

-Executed experiments for dispersion of CNTs with 8 different solvents using bath sonication and tip sonication to get better solvent for CNTs.

-Tutored Mechanical Engineering subjects (Kinematics and Design, Heat and Mass transfer, Fluid mechanics, Vibration, and Thermodynamics, NX5, etc.) to undergraduate students.

-Presented numbers of seminars and papers on various research subjects during this term.
