Lead Server (February 2016 - Present)

As a lead server, I am responsible for all aspects related to properly serving guests. This includes seating the guests, taking orders, extensive menu knowledge, properly entering orders in a point of sale system, delivering food and processing guest payments. I also am in charge of taking care of large parties or groups in our banquet room. I am currently still at this position, however I am seeking a position that would offer better hours and be more budget friendly.

Telephone Consultant (May 2015 - February 2016)

Sutherland Global Services, Alexandria, LA 71301

As a telephone sales consultant, I worked under the AT&T/U-verse program taking inbound calls from customers with the main purpose of giving excellent customer service to facilitate the customers needs. This included billing and payment questions, as well as program knowledge and upgrades. We were required to meet sales goals by assessing the customer needs and upgrading their services appropriately. I routinely met and exceeded all required goals. I also was required to have excellent computer skills, being able to quickly transfer from one program to the next, proficient multi-line phone skills, type 60 wpm, and actively use all Microsoft programs such as word, outlook and excel.

Patient Care Technician (April 2014 - May 2015)

St. Francis Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA 71301

As the PCT I was in charge of patient care on the telemety unit. This included checking vital signs frequently, catheter care, accurate charting, feeding and bathing, assisting with IV’s and monitoring fluids, and assisting the nursing staff in emergency situations. This was a very fast paced environment that required me to be alert and accurate in all my responsibilities. I left this position because I moved to Sutherland Global Services.

Certified Nursing Assistant (June 2011 - March 2014)

As a CNA I provided patient care to the nursing home residents and also helped them in every aspect of their daily care. This included, but not limited to, feeding, bathing, cleaning, and any activity they may ne assistance with. In this position I learned the importance of direct compassionate care. I left this position to go to St. Francis Cabrini.
