Process Design, Implementation, and Training:

Invented the “Cold Turning” process. Designed, developed, and implemented this process in 14 months. Established a start-up division from scratch that employed 28 people, produced 16 million units a month, and generated $10 million in annual revenue.

Specialized in manufacturing process creation to produce precision components with minimal labor, maximum efficiencies (90 and gross margins exceeding 40%.

Engineering Management:

Led Engineering Team in 4 facilities to develop and document manufacturing processes that eliminated unneeded labor and improved quality. These improvements resulted in obtaining long term contracts with multiple customers exceeding $100 million annually and increasing profit margins to greater than 30%.

Hired, Trained, and Developed an Engineering team that interfaced directly with the customers. This team became the R&D division for the customers, which drove significant value add programs.
