Dr. Mukherjee in Santech Global spearheads and takes the responsibility of driving all the technological innovation strengths in Digital, Semiconductors, Nanoelectronics, the record of setting direction and strategy for domains like Next Generations Medical & Health Technology, Cloud Content Centers (Data Centers), Mobile & Wireless communication infrastructures and vision for further development of the corporate IT technology towards digitizations of various domains using the tools of the Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Remote Sensing Sensors, He leverages and drives new business opportunities through the utilization of emerging technologies in the group also into the fields of Technology and the above mentioned areas, Digitized Solar Energy Park Development, Core Technology Research & Development, and the formation of a Boutique Technology Research University in USA and Canada from inceptions.

Role Objectives :

• Taking leadership to Identify a team of specialists, to capture demand from the business stakeholders and ensure that the key IT components (reengineering or converging from manual to digital, analog to digital, digital to supernet nano digital) necessary to deliver the business priorities are identified and fed into the application development demand pipeline.

• Oversee all aspects of the software (Apps and Process Systems) development lifecycle, Digital technology development from inception to completion including deployment and production management (exclusive of quality assurance)

• Coordinate planning, integration, scheduling, preparation and execution for strategic or multi-country/regional activities

• Identify, develop and implement solutions for key capabilities with maintaining quality standards which present an opportunity to support key shared services initiatives.

• Taking leadership in IT /Technology investments including reporting to the lines of business and coordinating across finance, infrastructure & controllers

• Provide a uniform innovative approach to the way in which customer compliments and complaints along with authentications and validation techniques about how products and services are handled and resolved Skills Used
