My duty was to fill the gab between client with language barrier and the doctor or the nurses, I use to make sure clients comes in time for their appointments and serve them as needed. I use to to interpret what they say exactly without adding any word or subtracting. I acted as a cultural broker and assisted when ever there was a miscommunication. t I use to make sure the paper works and the information of the clients are confidential. some times use to work interpreting through phone (phone interpreting) in general my job was community interpreting.
