WORK EXPERIENCES:-

Worked at the Social Research Unit of Post-Graduate Department of Anthropology, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar as a Research Supervisor on a University Grant Commission sponsored Study Tribal Culture and Tribal Health (1990 --1999).

Worked with Professor, Henry Von Steitencron ( of Heidelberg University, Germany for the Research Project named ORP to document “Dynamics of Religious Trends amongst Peasant Communities of Orissa – a Joint Venture Research Project of Utkal University and Heidelberg University ( 1999 November to 2002 December).

Worked with MART (Marketing and Researching Team, New Delhi), Orissa Chapter to conduct Qualitative Data and Guide Investigators to collect “Quantitative Data” on Artisanship and Handicrafts of Orissa – an UNIDO – Sponsored Research Project,

(January 2003 --October,2003).

Worked as a Team Leader with Orissa Voluntary Health Association, a sister concern of Voluntary Health Association of India (VHAI, New Delhi) for conducting an End line Evaluation of RCH (Reproductive and Child Health). Program Intervention outcomes,( funded exclusive by World Bank}. Job responsibility was to interview Medical Officers (Doctors) and other Health Administrators & conduct FGDs (Focused Group Discussion at Community level i.e. Village level) 2004.

Worked with D.J. Consultancy of Bhubaneswar and lead a team of Multi disciplinary Researches to conduct a Food Insecurity and Vulnerability Mapping Study (Code Named FIVIMS) in Western and Northern Orissa – a Project supported FAO .i.e. Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations and Ministry of Food & Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India. (2005).

Worked as a Team Leader with M.P. Associates- a Bhubaneswar Based Consulting Agency for a study of Pattern of Fertilizer Consumption & Brand Choice of Maize Farmers of Kalahandi, Rayagada, Koraput, & Nabarangpur districts of Orissa - a Project Sponsored by Paradeep Phosphate Ltd. ( January 2006 to May 2006).

As a Free Lance Consultant did some Evaluation Works of few NGOs of Orissa, funded by Bernard Lee Von Foundation of Nederland & CCF of Canada (June–July 2006 ).

Worked for NERCORMP and lead a team of Multi disciplinary Researchers to make an impact assessment study of North Eastern Region Community Resource Management a Project,supported by International Fund For Agricultural Development(IFAD)and carried out assessment in Meghalaya,Mizoram, Manipur Assam and Tripura.

Worked with D.J. Consultancy of Bhubaneswar and lead a team of Multi Disciplinary Researches to prepare District planning in Ganjam District of Orissa for Planning and Co Ordination Department, Government of Orissa.(During 2008 and 2009).

Worked with D.J. Consultancy of Bhubaneswar and lead a team of Multi Disciplinary researchers to prepare District Human Development Report (DHDR) for Ganjam District for Department of Planning And Co-Ordination and UNDP (During 2008-2009).

Worked with BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP (BCG),New Delhi, to conduct a field study on introduction of smart card to PDS beneficiaries in the district of Gajapati of Orissa (2 month field work during 2010).

Worked as Project consultant on Livelihood promotion of hilly people in Churachandrapur district of Manipur with IFAD 2010-2013)

Carried out Livelihood plan for ICZMP in 20 villages of Brahamagiri Block of Puri District (September 2013 to Dec 2013).

Carried out Micro plan in 10 villages of Banapur Block of Khurdha district for out Village IWDP-4 under CDA .as PIA.(January2014 –March 2014.)

Carried out a Migration Study for Gram Swarajya Sammukshya –(GSS) a network of NGOs working on Good Governance and strengthening Panchayati Raj in Orissa .-a Project supported by HIVOS (April 2014)

Worked as a Project Co-coordinator with HDFC-DAR and carried out an evaluation study of MLE for tribal children in 2 District of Oduisha.(Dec 2014 onwards)
