Responsibilities consisted of connecting/disconnecting different models of Dell and HP motherboards to testing stations for testing

Troubleshooting motherboards, ports, peripherals, and toolings to find cause of problem

Used ServiceMe system to scan in tested motherboards (mark as failed or passed)

Visually inspecting motherboards and creating tickets
