Responsibilities:
• Very good experience in Disaster Recovery. Well versed with Production Control Operations and Scheduling Processes.
• Monitoring all Mainframe batch jobs and fixing abends, check for long running jobs and investigate for any loop back issues with batch jobs.
• Ensure timely completion of the batch cycles, HOLD, Force complete, Rerun and schedule to run next workday.
• Provide Production support 24X7 which involves escalation of abends.
• Provide immediate fixes to the production abends. Solving production abends as per the prose of the document.
