Founder of Concrete Printer Systems

Collaborated with teenage son to build a life-sized full scale 3D printer that prints using fiber reinforced cement instead of plastic. Designed and built C-3D0; modular 3D printer is 24’x 40’ configured to have the capacity to print out a full size house or structure entirely out of concrete in 24-36 hours. The finished structure would be fireproof, hurricane and tornado resistant, fully portable and could be broken down and shipped anywhere in the world. Our goal is to license the technology or open source the design to be used in third world countries or as a rapid housing in the wake of a disaster.
