Designed and manufactured a finger-powered pumping mechanism that manipulate microfluidic flow without adding external equipment. Customized microfluidic chip to integrate with circuit board and mobile phone.

Optimized bioassay processing and preparation to achieve malaria clinical detecting range for from 0.1 - 20 μg/mL and total measurement is completed within 6 min.
