Maintenance and preservation of the gauges / instruments available in receipt, in-process, final and standards room as per schedule.
Arranging daily quality meeting with operators, staff, and top management regarding previous day quality problem
Basics instruments using vernier caliper. Micrometer, steel rule, tap etc
Handling of quality assurance documentation.internal audits closures.
To ensure that the parts are free from profile dimension, damages etc.,
