• Ability to diagnose and replace all electrical, starting and charging system components, including computer and electronic control systems, and emergency lighting systems.

• Full knowledge of all transmission, drive train and clutch repair, rebuilding and replacement.

• Extensive background in all forms of front end repairs, steering and suspension systems.

• Skilled in the servicing of all types of brake systems including air, hydraulic and anti-lock.

• Experienced in the maintenance and repair of various power take off (PTO) systems (including hydraulics, pumps, motors and valves) and components (plows; sanders; mowers).

• Ability to design and fabricate parts and materials as necessary; skilled in basic welding techniques. Fleet Operations:

• Skilled in maintaining sufficient parts inventories to expedite repairs, increase productivity and minimize vehicle downtime.
