Successfully tried to verdict complex medical malpractice cases: alleged misdiagnosis of colon cancer, failure to diagnose rheumatic fever, complications following urological and plastic surgery, alleged failure to diagnose cancer, improper radiation therapy, alleged failure to safeguard patient following chemotherapy, obstetrical matters including brain damaged infant case, and cases alleging pulmonary, cardiac, and gastrointestinal malpractice.

Attained verdict for defendant in lead paint case, in which infant plaintiff alleged lead poisoning and brain damage.

Obtained defense verdicts in legal malpractice and drug testing cases.

Won premises cases alleging fractured hip and traumatic loss of an eye.

Secured favorable results for clients in labor law and construction accident cases, as well as professional liability matters for nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists and insurance brokers.

Tried case of first impression in which rule limiting peremptory challenges to minority jurors was applied to civil trials in New York.
