In my last semester, I was doing this Project as a Master Project in The College of Saint Rose.

Function: In this system, I made one Online Web-site with the help of JSP and Servlet. Basically, this project helps to E-commerce web-site who doesn’t get customer satisfaction. This web-site help to take customers complain and give them response as soon as possible and customer also leave feedback for that service.
