This included tool deployment in IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and SaaS (Software as a Service) modes.
Directed five Integrated Software and Hardware Product Development Teams for a 3rd generation In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system. The AVANT system utilizes digital server storage and Gigabit Ethernet based networks to provide video and in-flight interconnectivity services to airline passengers. The IPT organizational structure combines Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing and Purchasing resources.
