Responsible for preparing the Test Strategy, Test Plan and test cases, reviewed and analyzed business requirements and functional & software requirements.

Train and mentor a team to use agile methods from RUP project including daily status meetings, weekly iterations, iteration planning meetings, test driven development, continuous integration, constant communication with end users and business analysts, and team.

Worked on documenting a requirement traceability matrix which shows management what was not functionally tested throughout the releases. This has shown management what coverage we need to add to the regression test bed.

This Report gives a clear picture showing what the real cause was after the CR’s were fixed. (For e.g. Coding, Requirement Error etc.)

Efficiency & Cost Reduction - attained a 30% overall efficiency and cost reduction in System Test output through implementation of a 24 x 5 staffing model utilizing Distributed Delivery test/development resources offshore.
