Description:

Evolve Reach is a web-based portal which provides a common, branded and intuitive interface for health science professionals into the various courseware systems currently in use within Elsevier. It comprises of 9 applications. Faculty access is one of the web applications which facilitates online ordering process of the exams as well as provides interface to view students report. The Smartest application is one of the applications among the Evolve Reach suite of products of Elsevier. It is a web application allowing schools to manage and administer testing. The prime focus of the application is the development and administration of online examination/testing tools primarily focused for students of the nursing institutes and colleges. INet is a web application which provides interface to take test online. The end users of this application are students and Faculties of the universities/schools which are enrolled with Hesi/Elsevier. Using INet application Students can give their exam on the internet and Faculties can administer these exams at the same time.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing business requirements for preparing Test Design, Test Plan, Designing and writing detail Test Cases.

Project is about the Customization of MS Word (2003 and 2007) for the editors, proofreaders and writers. This application is developed to be accessed by online users to upload their manuscripts and perform the editing. An offline navigator will be available to perform the operations offline such as image manager, notes manager, book manager and search manager.

A web application from where a user has the option to create a project to work upon. From the online application the user can set all book preferences, Notes Preferences and Image preferences to be used in the book.

Responsibilities:

Analyzed the Business Requirements Document (BRD), developed Test cases and Test scripts for the application under test.

Actively participated and Interacted with product management teams in the review and analysis of functional requirements..

Structured Authoring is a migration project. It involves the migration of existing WriteRAP toolbar which works in Word 2003. Migration involves the change of toolbar interface of Ms Word 2003 into Ribbon Interface (introduced in Ms Word 2007) in Ms Word 2007 and Ms Word 2010. And Version2 involved the changes the migration of Mac Word 2004 to Word 2011.

Responsibilities:

Performing Daily Smoke Test Manually on different browsers (e.g.: Firefox, Safari and IE)

Perform Black box and white box testing.

Developed and maintained Test Documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Data and log defects using Rally.

Participated in Requirement meetings (RSD) and Detail Design meetings (DDD) to understand the functional requirements of the APPLICATION so as to come up with test scenarios, test flow and test procedures
